Foire de Libramont, La Foire Europeenne du Monde Rural

The Libramont agricultural, forestry and agri-food fair ia a huge outdoor exhibition that offers a showcase for the rural world in all its many shapes and forms (machinery, livestock breeding, forestry, the agrifood industry, horticulture, study, research, education, ciulture and more). In 2008 edition there was the presence of more than 185.000 visitors. The 2009 edition will be held from 24th until 27th of July 2007 and will be followed by 2 days of demonstrations in the forest(from 28th until 29th July).

AGRA

The International Agricultural- Food AGRA in Gornja Radgona is a fertile field of agriculture and food industry at the meeting point of Central and South-East Europe. At the 2008 fair, 1.665 exhibitors from 28 countries shook hands with 136.000 visitors. In year 2009 the transfer of knowledge into practice will be enhanced through professional consultations, forums and raundtables. The good practice example and the professional selection part will be presented through the exhibitions of animals.The sample plantations will present the most interesting products of field and alternative fruit-growing and wine-growing. The excellence of product will be underlined with established international quality evaluetions. Sweden, Serbia, Austria, Hungary, France, Croatia and other countries will join the fair with state exhibitions. SPACE 2009

2009 National Ploughing Championships

The National Ploughing Championships is a unique event worldwide. Hosting the Irish National Ploughing Championships each year in association with Ireland’s largest Machinery & Livestock Exhibition. This event moves around each year from county to county and from farm to farm, building a town for a week on a green field site. Up to 300 of Ireland’s finest ploughmen and women competing in 17 National Finals in special classes for modern plough, vintage ploughs and horse ploughs. OLMA - Swiss Agriculture and Food Fair

The 67th OLMA, the Swiss AAgriculture and Food Fair, takes place from 8 - 18 October 2009. This year’s guests of honour are the Italian provinces of South Tyrol and Trentino. Around 380,000 visitors are expected over the eleven days of the fair. As an information and sales fair with 650 exhibitors and a wide range of product, service and sampling offers, the OLMA appeals to all consumers. In addition to the core topics of agriculture and food, the OLMA also presents a wide variety of offers in other key sectors: housing, household, industrial machines and equipment, energy, construction and renovation. TECHAGRO, ANIMAL VETEX, SILVA REGINA

TECHAGRO - ANIMAL VETEX - SILVA REGINA is a complex of international agricultural, veterinary and forestry fairs which takes place in Brno (Czech Republic).
