EURASCO NOW TOTALS 31 MEMBERS IN 24 COUNTRIES

With the new approved events voted in the AGM Edinburgh(Scotland) on 27 nd June 2010, EURASCO now covers 24 countries with 31 members! It is indoubtly the greatest and most important agricultural exhibition and show organisers association in Europe!

GREAT SUCCESS OF 2011 AGM IN LIBRAMONT!

The 2011 EURASCO AGM was taken in Libramont (Belgium) on 25/26 July during the well known Agriculture, Forestry and Agribusiness Fair. It was a great success as we had the presence of 14 delegates from 9 countries and of Mr. Doug Wagner from Canada as representative of NASFC (the North American Farm Show Council ) too. The 25th we had our General Assembly followed by the meeting with the representatives of the exhibition, the visit of the event and the official dinner. On the 26th a tour of the very famous biannual forestry demonstration was organized. Both the event were really impressive!

2012 AGM IN ZARAGOZA

We are very pleased to inform the 2012 EURASCO AGM will be taken in Zaragoza (Spain)on 14th February at the same time of the well known event FIMA AGRICOLA, International Exhibition for Agricultural Machinery. JOINT MEETING OF EURASCO WITH NASFC IN BRUSSELS!

A very important first joint meeting of EURASCO with the North American Farm Show Council (NAFSC) was organized in Brussels on November 30th 2009. The american delegation was composed by the President Curt Kleoppel, the Past President Scott Grigor and the 1st Vice President Doug Wagner. EURASCO delegation included the President Pedersen, the Vice Presidents Christiaens and Leewenburgh, the Secretary General Colombo and 5 members as partecipants. After the discussion there was the common decision of the 2 delegations to increase the relationship. The participants attended the professional day of the 100th edition of Agribex too.

EURASCO MET THE COMMONWEALTH SHOW SOCIETIES !

There was really a great success for the last EURASCO AGM taken in Edinburgh on 27th June 2010 (24 presences from 14 countries)! In the same period Scotland's Royal Highland Show hosted the Royal Agricultural Societies of the Commonwealth Biennial Conference so on 26-27 June 2010 CEO's and key delegates from the Show Societies in the Commonwealth and EURASCO members attended the event and a special Global Conference. There were many business contacts and exchange of ideas about the agriculture in the different part of the world. Finally on 27th a very fruitful AGM and the official dinner taken at Edinburgh Castle!

ELECTED THE NEW EURASCO EXECUTIVE

The EURASCO AGM in Edinburgh (Scotland) on 27th June 2010 elected the new Executive from the 1st January 2011 to the 31st December 2012.
