OLMA is an information and sales fair with 650 exhibitors and a wide range of product, service and sampling offers and thus appeals to all consumers. In addition to the core topics of agriculture and food, OLMA also presents a wide variety of offers in other key sectors: housing, household, industrial machines and equipment, energy, construction and renovation. OLMA has been existing for 72 years. Numerous events and attractions including animal exhibitions and demonstrations, product and special presentations, workshops, presentations of rural life and traditional sports and concerts in the arena and restaurants add to the fair’s attraction and provide the typical OLMA ambiance. This year’s guests of honour is the canton of Lucerne. 380,000 visitors are expected over the eleven days of the fair....

The Royal Highland Show is held by the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland, founded in 1784 to promote the regeneration of rural Scotland. Occupying almost a three hundred acre site right next to Edinburgh Airport on the western fringe of Scotland’s Capital City, the event is an annual ‘must’ for the major herds, flocks and studs across the UK as well as being firmly in the calendar of a huge variety of businesses which take trade stands to promote and sell their products. 22-25 July 2011 LIBRAMONT FAIR; 26-27 July 2011: Demonstrations in the forest The agricultural Fair of Libramont in Belgium is a 100 000 m2 open air rural exhibition organized each year at the end of July. All various aspects of the rural world can be discovered : animal breeding, animal competitions, show jumping, food-processing industry, machinery, technological innovations and demonstrations of civil engineering, equipment and handling equipment, agriculture, horticulture, research, education, more than a 150ha of forestry demonstrations, 1800 exhibitors and 200 foreign exhibitors, etc. In addition, Symposiums and professional meetings about relevant topics are organized in our business center. The Libramont agricultural, forestry and agri-food fair ia a huge outdoor exhibition that offers a showcase for the rural world in all its many shapes and forms (machinery, livestock breeding, forestry, the agrifood industry, horticulture, study, research, education, ciulture and more). In 2008 edition there was the presence of more than 185.000 visitors. The 2009 edition will be held from 24th until 27th of July 2007 and will be followed by 2 days of demonstrations in the forest(from 28th until 29th July)....
