The SOMMET DE L’ÉLEVAGE has become one of the largest trade fairs in the world dedicated to agriculture and animal production. Every year at the beginning of October in Clermont-Ferrand (in the center of France), the SOMMET brings together more than 1,500 exhibitors from 32 countries, 100,000 visitors from 90 countries and 2,000 animals from 70 breeds (cattle, sheep and horses).
