The 67th OLMA, the Swiss AAgriculture and Food Fair, takes place from 8 – 18 October 2009. This year’s guests of honour are the Italian provinces of South Tyrol and Trentino. Around 380,000 visitors are expected over the eleven days of the fair. As an information and sales fair with 650 exhibitors and a wide range of product, service and sampling offers, the OLMA appeals to all consumers. In addition to the core topics of agriculture and food, the OLMA also presents a wide variety of offers in other key sectors: housing, household, industrial machines and equipment, energy, construction and renovation. Numerous events and attractions including animal exhibitions and demonstrations, product and special presentations, the OLMA Forum and concerts in the arena and restaurants add to the fair’s attractions and provide the typical OLMA ambiance.
